HALIFAX, NS, Canada – August 12, 2009 - Export Nova Scotia Inc. (ExportNS), which provides sustainable transformation solutions to Caribbean governments, is pleased to announce today the appointment of Susanne Willett as Vice President, Finance. In her role, Ms. Willett will provide ExportNS with fiscal leadership, finance and planning direction.

“Susanne is highly experienced as a senior financial strategist. She brings 30 years of expertise adding strategic value in financial planning and streamlining operations,” says David Gough, President of ExportNS. “Ms. Willett is a Chartered Accountant with an exemplary reputation and high level of integrity. She has worked with companies spanning regulated, publicly traded and crown corporations.”

The appointment of Ms. Willett fills a key position in the ExportNS executive management team. "I look forward to creating financial strategies and implementing financial operations that will grow ExportNS while continuing to provide excellent transformation solutions for our customers," Willett said.

Ms. Willett has had senior management experience in various sectors. She has worked with New Brunswick Power Group of Companies, Atlantis Communications Inc., YTV Canada, Inc., Clearwater Fine Foods Inc. and Ernst & Young.
